Position Summary: MSGC is seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a temporary full-time team member working from MSGC’s office in Edmonton (contract ending March 31, 2025).

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the grant application process, cultivating relationships with funding organizations, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of grant processes, excellent communication skills, detailed project management, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

CONTRACT: Research and Analytical Services (Metis Settlements Strategic Training Initiatives Society)

Project Summary:

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) invites prospective contractors to submit proposals to provide research and analytical services towards achieving a labour market analysis on the Metis Settlements. 

Metis Settlements Strategic Training Initiatives Society is seeking a consultant or team to build baseline data of the labour market in each of the eight Metis Settlements. This data set will form a pillar in the development of a workforce strategy for the communities, both collectively and individually. The data set should be mindful of its end goal – which is to provide insight and understanding into how best achieve a well-trained and productive workforce in each of the Settlements. The contractor will conduct five (8) full surveys.
